Housing and care group to procure £1m legal services framework
- Details
A housing and care group with more than 50,000 homes in its portfolio has published a prior information notice for a legal services framework worth an estimated £1m over three years.
Anchor Hanover said it would “work closely together in a partnering environment with the selected firms to develop good business relationships, not only providing advice and support but also supporting us to provide in-house services.
"The solicitors shall need to be fully conversant with all legislation affecting organisations in our sector, including those issues affecting Anchor as an employer."
Anchor Hanover has 54,000 homes and operates in 85% of local councils in England.
The closing date for expressions of interest is 19 November 2021.
The starting date for the framework is set for March 2022. It will run for three years, ending in February 2025.
