Major social landlord to procure legal services framework
- Details
A major provider of affordable homes in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire is to procure a legal services framework.
Paradigm Housing, which manages 15,000 homes, said the work is to be split into three Lots:
- Development and Sales.
- Corporate and Finance.
- Operations (Customer or Strategy & Business Services).
Paradigm said it would only accept submissions from solicitors’ firms that can deliver all the work specified within the Lot. “However our preference would be a firm who could deliver all the works across the Lots.”
There may be up to three providers for all lots.
The framework will expire after an initial period of three years. At the discretion of Paradigm’s directors, it may be followed by up to two additional one-year extensions subject to review at each anniversary.
