East of England housing association to procure legal services framework

A housing association in the East of England is to procure a four-year, six-lot legal services framework.
Eastlight Community Homes, which owns and looks after 12,500 social homes in the region and plans to build another 3,800 by 2025, has divided the framework into the following lots:
- Property
- Development
- Housing Management Advice
- General Commercial
- Employment
- Financial
The framework agreement will be for a period of four years commencing 28 January 2023 and will be open to Eastlight and the Procurement Alliance for Essex (PAE) members.
