Yorkshire housing association appoints seven firms to legal services contract

A housing association with a property portfolio spanning West Yorkshire has appointed seven law firms to a legal services framework set to last four years.
Established in 1975, Leeds Federated Housing Association now operates around 4,600 properties in Leeds and Wakefield.
The legal framework is organised to procure advice across five areas of law, including property, human resources and employment, corporate and governance, housing management and funding.
The successful firms were:
- Brabners
- Forbes Solicitors
- Bevan Brittan
- Hyland Legal
- MSB Solicitors
- Pannone Corporate
- Ward Hadaway Solicitors
The contract started on 4 September 2022 and is scheduled to end in September 2026.
