Major affordable housing provider names 19 law firms to £250m legal services framework

One of the largest providers of affordable housing in London and the South East of England, Hyde Housing, has appointed 19 firms to a legal services framework.
Hyde, which provides housing to more than 100,000 people, divided the framework into the following lots:
1. Governance, Corporate, Regulatory and Statutory
2. Treasury and Finance
3. Charging of property
4. Housing and Portfolio Management
5a. Property: Residential Property Conveyancing
5b. Property: Development and construction (and general property matters)
5c. Property: Planning
6. Employment, TUPE and Pensions.
7. Commercial, Procurement, IT, IP, Health and Safety.

The contract starts on 2 November 2022 and runs until 1 November 2026. The framework is for the use of The Hyde Group primarily but also for the use of other public sector authorities.
