South East housing association to procure four-year legal services framework

Town & Country Housing, a housing association based out of Tunbridge Wells that provides more than 9,500 homes in 15 local authority areas in Kent and Sussex, is to procure a four-year legal services framework.
The social landlord has divided the agreement into the following lots:
- Development.
- Sales and disposals of new build and existing properties.
- Ad-hoc legal advice.
The agreement is due to last for 48 months.
The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 5 pm on 14 February 2023.
Town & Country Housing is part of the Peabody Group.
