Network Homes, a housing association which owns and manages more than 21,000 homes across London and Hertfordshire, has appointed seven law firms to a solicitors framework worth £4m.

A contract award notice published this week reveals that the successful firms were:

  • Bevan Brittan
  • Capsticks
  • Devonshires
  • Penningtons Manches Cooper
  • TLT
  • Trowers & Hamlins
  • Winckworth Sherwood

The contract notice said the framework was to be divided into the following lots:

  1. Property & Development: Funding; Site acquisition and planning; Contracts and procurement advice; Contractual delivery vehicles; Construction; Acquisition and disposals; Sales and leases; Other specialist advice.
  2. Finance; Governance; Corporate; Housing management; Litigation; General Advice; Housing and Asset Management Advice including leasehold management and disputes; Procurement; HR.

The contract notice had said the framework was expected to last for four years.
