East of England social landlord to procure £1m in legal services

An East of England housing association has issued an invitation to tender for legal services worth an estimated £1m.

Broadland Housing Association, which provides more than 5,000 homes across Norfolk and north Suffolk, has divided the framework into the following lots:

Housing Management.
Development (including Property Sales).

The contract is for an initial 36 months with an optional 2-year extension period excercisable at the sole discretion of Broadland.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12:00 pm, 4 July 2023.
