Major social landlord to procure latest £30m legal services framework
- Details
One of the largest housing associations in the country has launched the procurement of a legal services framework worth an estimated £30m over four years.
Sanctuary Housing Group, which owns and manages around 120,000 units of accommodation, said it was “looking to procure a legal services panel to help support it with its legal services requirements across a number of different legal specialisms.
“The outcome of this procurement process will be a multi-supplier arrangement across a number of lots covering a range of specialisms and requirements in both England and Scotland.”
The closing date is 12 pm on 29 September 2023.
The contract is due to start on 1 April 2024 and run until 31 March 2028.
In April 2017 Sanctuary appointed four firms – Gowling WLG, Bevan Brittan, Burness Paull, and Harper Macleod – to its current framework, which was estimated at the time to be worth £25m.
