Major social landlord to procure £9.5m legal services framework

The Guinness Partnership, which provides services to more than 140,000 residents across England, is to procure a legal services framework estimated to be worth up to £9.5m over four years.
The agreement, which is to be procured through a restricted procedure, will be divided into the following lots:
- Development and Major Projects
- Conveyancing and Contracts
- Housing Management
- Governance and Finance
- Employment and Pensions
The framework will last for four years with no options to extend for any further periods.
The closing date is 1 March 2024 (5pm). The contract is due to start on 16 December 2024 and end on 15 December 2028.
