A South East social landlord is to procure a framework for legal services worth an estimated £1m.
Town and County Housing provides more than 10,000 affordable homes in 15 local authority areas in Kent and Sussex.
Part of the Peabody Group, it also provides 3,000 affordable homes in Surrey and West Sussex following its merger with Rosebery Housing Association in April 2023.
It said: “We are procuring Framework to allow for call off contracts covering Legal Services to assist with ad-hoc legal advice for a number of different circumstances. Including but not limited to housing management and employment advice, ASB issues, contract formation, disrepair claims and general advice.”
The contract is due to start on 25 October 2024 and run until 24 October 2028.
