Public law and property barrister Campbell joins Field Court

Public law and property barrister Alexander Campbell, who is recognised for his social housing practice and his expertise in human rights and discrimination cases, has joined Field Court Chambers.

Campbell also has particular experience of cases where public law and property law overlap, such as property disputes involving public bodies, disputes involving human rights arguments and the Equality Act 2010, cases involving issues of mental capacity and the Court of Protection, as well as cases involving community care issues.

John Critchley, Head of Field Court Chambers, said: “I am delighted to welcome Alex to our growing team here at Field Court Chambers. He is a highly rated barrister with experience across many of the areas of law that Field Court Chambers specialises in, though we were particularly keen to add his extensive experience in public and property law.”
