NW housing groups selects 15 law firms for legal services panels

Progress Housing Group has named 15 law firms to a legal services framework with an estimated value of £800,000 over four years.
The group – which is based in Leyland, Lancashire and has a number of subsidiaries – has appointed:
- Berrymans Lace Mawer;
- Bond Dickinson;
- Capsticks;
- Clarke Willmott;
- Croftons;
- DWF;
- Forbes;
- Freeth Cartwright;
- Hill Dickinson;
- Housing Law Services;
- Knox Ellis;
- TLT;
- Tods Murray;
- Trowers & Hamlins;
- Whiteheads.
Progress Housing said it had received 42 offers. The successful firms were selected on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender in terms of quality (weighting 60) and cost (weighting 40).
The framework will have an initial term of two years with an option for Progress Housing to extend for a further one year, plus one year.

£112,237.10 - £117,225.41 per annum
