Large London housing association to set up four-year legal services panels

Notting Hill Housing Trust, one of London’s largest housing associations, is to set up a panel of solicitors to provide legal services across the whole of its group.
The framework will be split into the following lots:
- Development services;
- Sales and purchases;
- Resident services;
- Corporate and governance;
- Treasury and finance;
- Employment and safety.
NHHT said the framework lots would called off “from as-and-when legal services are required”.
The contract is expected to run from 15 December 2014 to 14 December 2018.
NHHT manages more than 28,000 properties.

£112,237.10 - £117,225.41 per annum
Antisocial Behaviour Legal Officer
£35,833 per annum, rising to £37,356 after probation
Lawyer (Planning and Regulatory)
£45,091 - £48,226 per annum
Solicitor/Lawyer (Contracts and Procurement)
£47,181 – £50,269 per annum
