Scottish council to award 350K+ legal advice and support contract

The local authority will have the option to extend the contract for two additional 12-month periods, “dependent on the performance of the contractor and the council's requirements”.

The contract will start on 3 August 2015 and potentially last until 31 July 2018.

It will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender in terms of finance (weighting 50) and quality (weighting 50).

Fife is not purchasing on behalf of other contracting authorities.
