Notting Hill Housing Trust names 11 firms to £3m legal panels

Notting Hill Housing Trust has named 11 law firms to legal advice panels worth an estimated £3m over two years.

The contract started in March this year but the award notice has only just been published (18 August).

The six lots were:

1. Development services;

2. Sales and purchases;

3. Resident services;

4. Corporate and governance;

5. Treasury and finance;

6. Employment and safety.

The successful firms were:

• Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe;
• Wright Hassall;
• Capsticks;
• Clarke Willmott;
• Glazer Delmar;
• TLT;
• Winckworth Sherwood;
• Trowers & Hamlins;
• DAC Beachcroft;
• Devonshires;
• Ward Hadaway.

The contract runs until 1 March 2017.
