Housing provider Radian Group to set up legal panels worth up to £5m

The contract to be awarded will be divided into 6 individual lots:

1. Property;

2. Housing Management;

3. Home Ownership;

4. Employment;

5. Finance and Corporate;

6. General Commercial including IT.

The contract will run for an initial period of three years with an option to extend for a further two additional 12 month periods, subject to review at each anniversary.

Radian provides nearly 21,000 affordable homes in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Surrey, Sussex, and Wiltshire; and provides care and support to over 450 people across the South East, through Radian Support.
