A Scottish housing association has issued a notice for a proposed four-year legal services framework.
Kingdom Housing Association, which is headquartered in Glenrothes, said the framework would have six categories:
1. General Legal, Contractual & Procurement;
2. Conveyancing and related issues;
4. Employment Law;
5. Finance Management;
6. Housing & Estate Management.
The successful bidders will provide legal services to Kingdom and its subsidiary Kingdom Initiatives.
Mini-tendering competitions may be held between those appointed to the framework.
As at the end of March this year the housing association had a stock of 3,338 social rented properties.
