- Details
The Herefordshire Housing group is looking to appoint a single law firm to provide £300,000-£450,000-worth of legal services that complement the work of its in-house team.
The successful firm will enter into a three-year contract of engagement, starting on 1 April 2016 and ending on 31 March 2019.
The value of the contract is expected to be approximately £150,000 per annum.
“A single provider is sought that can provide advice and support in all areas of law, but particularly the law relating to housing, charity, employment, procurement, contract management, development governance, bond finance and health & safety,” Herefordshire Housing said.
The group comprises Herefordshire Housing, a social landlord with more than 5,800 properties under management, and the Independence Trust, a provider of wellbeing services.
