Pension Protection Fund to set up panel of law firms

The Pension Protection Fund is to establish a panel of law firms to provide comprehensive legal services to support its board.
The contract is divided into two lots:
- Legal services to the PPF board: including pensions; financial services; litigation; and insolvency.
- Assessment period tasks: including admissible rules; benefit specification; deeds of removal and appointment; risk identification (including identification of potential claims); equalisation review; and ad-hoc advice.
The panel agreement will be for an initial period of two years with the option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 consecutive months each.

£40,182 - £42,000 per annum
Lawyer (Planning and Regulatory)
£45,091 - £48,226 per annum
Antisocial Behaviour Legal Officer
£35,833 per annum, rising to £37,356 after probation
Regulatory/Litigation Lawyer
£46,498 - £59,145 depending on skills and experience.
Governance Lawyer
£46,498 - £59,145 depending on skills and experience.
Solicitor/Lawyer (Contracts and Procurement)
£47,181 – £50,269 per annum
Legal Adviser
£112,237.10 - £117,225.41 per annum
Legal Director - Government and Public Sector

Contracts Lawyer
