Scottish social landlords to set up £2.6m legal services panel
Four Scottish social landlords are to set up a legal services framework agreement worth £2.6m.
The four landlords are:
- Maryhill Housing Association
- ng homes
- New Gorbals Housing Association
- Queens Cross Housing Association
The contract is divided into the following lots:
- Employment Law
- Procurement, Construction and Acquisitions
- Housing Estate Management and Factoring
- Governance, Financial Management and Charity
- Property Conveyancing.
The framework agreement is scheduled to last three years, with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
