University appoints three law firms to £2.7m legal services panel
The University of Edinburgh has appointed three law firms to a £2.7m, three-year legal services panel.
It said the services would range from ad-hoc advice and representation pertaining to individual casework/transactions, to complex legal advice on contractual, collective and corporate matters.
The panel will have a single lot covering areas such as: Estates, Charity, Business, Commercial and Human Resources.
The successful firms were:
- Pinsent Masons.
- Brodies.
- Shepherd and Wedderburn.
The contract was awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender in terms of technical (weighting 90) and commercial (weighting 10).
