A Surrey-based housing association has appointed five law firms to a contract worth an estimated £500,000.

Rosebery Housing Association divided the agreement into the following lots:

Corporate legal services.
Conveyancing.
Property and development legal services.
Housing management.

The successful firms were:

TLT (Lots 1, 2, 3).
Devonshires (1, 4).
DMH Stallard (2, 3).
Batchelors (4).
Blake Morgan (2, 3).

The contract was awarded on the basis of the quality of the tender (weighting: 60%) and price (weighting: 40%).

Rosebery, which is based in the borough of Epson and Ewell, provides about 2,500 homes in Surrey.
