Hyde Housing Association to procure multi-million pound legal services panel

The group has around 50,000 homes in management in London and the South East of England.

The framework will be divided into the following lots:

1. Governance, Corporate, Regulatory and Statutory Advice.

2. Treasury & Finance.

3. Securitisation.

4a. Housing Management.

4b. Home Ownership and Asset Management.

5a. Property Legal Services.

5b. Development and Construction.

5c. Commercial and Property Litigation.

6. Employment, TUPE and Pensions.

7. Contracts, Commercial, Procurement, Health and Safety.

Hyde said that social housing providers (SHP) in the UK - both those that are in existence now and those that may come into existence during the term of the framework - may also be entitled to call-off contracts under the framework.

A ‘SHP’ for this purpose means any provider of social housing and includes registered providers, local authorities and ALMOs.
