The City of Liverpool College is looking to procure the provision of legal services for its group.
The appointment will be for an initial three years with an agreement to extend for a maximum of one additional year subject to performance.
The contract is to start from 1 November 2017 and run, if extended, to 30 October 2020.
The City of Liverpool College Group has an annual turnover in excess of £65m, over 10,000 apprentices nationally and 20,000 enrolments in Liverpool alone.
The college itself is the only general Further Education college within the city of Liverpool and the largest FE college in the city region.
