Yorkshire housing association to set up legal services panel

A North Yorkshire housing association is to set up a legal services panel worth an estimated £120,000.
Broadacres Housing Association said appointed service providers may be requested to provide legal advice and legal services to the association and/or its subsidiary companies on a "call-off" basis.
Appointments will be made separately to five lots:
- Routine Property Transactions
- Development
- Corporate and Finance
- Housing Management
- Employment
The contract is scheduled to start on 20 November 2017 and run until 19 November 2020.
Broadacres provides services to approximately 6,000 homes in North Yorkshire.

£94,812 per annum
Solicitor - Litigation
£40,182 - £42,000 per annum
Regulatory/Litigation Lawyer
£46,498 - £59,145 depending on skills and experience.
Lawyer (Planning and Regulatory)
£45,091 - £48,226 per annum
Governance Lawyer
£46,498 - £59,145 depending on skills and experience.
Contracts Lawyer
£49,282 - £50,269 per annum
Antisocial Behaviour Legal Officer
£35,833 per annum, rising to £37,356 after probation
Legal Adviser
£112,237.10 - £117,225.41 per annum
Solicitor/Lawyer (Contracts and Procurement)
£47,181 – £50,269 per annum
