Procurement body for Scottish education institutions to set up £3m legal panel

A procurement body for universities and colleges in Scotland is to establish a legal services framework worth an estimated £3m over five years.
Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC) has divided the framework into the following lots:
- Commercial-Business;
- Property and Estates;
- People / HR Matters;
- Charity;
- International;
- One-Stop-Shop.
The contract will be awarded on technical (weighting: 70) and price (weighting: 30). It is expected to start on 4 December 2017 and run until 3 December 2012.
APUC has reserved the right to extend the framework agreement for a further period of 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and continued institutions requirements.

£94,812 per annum
Antisocial Behaviour Legal Officer
£35,833 per annum, rising to £37,356 after probation
Legal Director - Government and Public Sector

£112,237.10 - £117,225.41 per annum

£40,182 - £42,000 per annum
