Housing association to procure £860k legal services panel

A Scottish housing association is to procure a legal services framework agreement worth an estimated £860,000 over four years.

Perth-headquartered Caledonia Housing Association has divided the framework into the following lots:

1. General legal, contractual and procurement.
2. Conveyancing and related issues.
3. Employment law.
4. Finance management and governance issues.
5. Housing and estate management.

The contract is for 36 months with scope for a one-year extension.
