SW procurement body for housing to set up £10m legal advice framework

The lots in the framework agreement, which will last four years, are:

1. New Build Development.
2. Existing property.
3. Treasury and Governance.
4. Other corporate.

Current members of Advantage South West able to access the framework to award contracts are:

• Coastline Housing
• Cornwall Housing
• DCH
• East Devon District Council
• Exeter City Council
• Magna Housing Group
• North Devon Homes
• Ocean Housing Group
• Taunton Deane Borough Council
• Teign Housing
• Westward Housing Group
• Yarlington Housing Group

Collectively these members manage more than 90,000 homes.

“Any further organisations that join Advantage SW such as Plymouth Community Homes and Mid Devon District Council will also be able to access the framework,” Advantage South West said.

Members of other consortia such as Westworks, Efficiency East Midlands, South Eastern Consortium and Eastern Procurement can also access the framework.
