Scottish housing association names single firm to £225k legal services contract

Harper McLeod will also deliver legal services to the association’s subsidiary, Willowacre Trust, over the five-year period.

Services to be provided include employment and human resources, housing management, arrears, dispute resolution, litigation, development and conveyancing, procurement, corporate governance and charity law.

The contract was awarded on the basis of quality (weighting: 80) and price (weighting: 20).

West of Scotland HA currently own nearly 3,400 homes across Glasgow, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire and Ayrshire.
