South West social landlord selects six firms for £2.2m legal panel

A housing association in the South West has named six law firms to a legal services framework worth an estimated £2.2m over four years.
Plymouth Community Homes divided the framework into the following lots:
- Governance.
- Development.
- Finance.
- Procurement.
- Housing.
- Employment.
The successful firms were:
- Capsticks (lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6)
- Devonshires (3)
- Penningtons Manches (2)
- Stephens & Scown (1, 5)
- Tozers (5, 6)
- Womble Bond Dickinson (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
Plymouth Community Homes has more than16,000 properties providing homes to over 35,000 people in Plymouth.
