Twenty law firms make it on to £60m Welsh public sector legal services framework

The National Procurement Service of the Welsh Government has selected 20 law firms for its £60m framework for the provision of solicitors’ services to the Welsh public sector.

The framework was divided into the following lots:

  4. Corporate Governance and Ethical Standards
  5. Criminal Litigation
  6. Education Law
  7. Employment Law
  8. Major IT and Commercial Contracts
  9. Planning and Environmental Law
  10. Property
  11. Public Administration Law
  12. Specialist Welsh & UK Higher Education Advice for the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales (HEFCW)
  13. Central Government Advice (Welsh Government)
  14. Mutual Investment Model (MIM) Advice – Major Projects Legal Advice
  15. Mutual Investment Model (MIM) Advice – Participating Organisations Advice.

The NPS said Lot 8: Major IT & Commercial Contracts was still being evaluated and an award decision would follow in due course.
