Gambling regulator to procure £4m solicitors and barristers framework

The Gambling Commission is to procure a legal services framework for solicitors and barristers’ services worth an estimated £4m.
The framework has been divided into the following lots:
- Solicitor Services (UK Law)
- Barrister Services (UK Law)
- Solicitor Services (Scottish Law)
The framework agreement is set to last for 36 months with the option of a one-year extension (making the maximum contract duration 48 months).
In January 2018 the Gambling Commission appointed three law firms to a standing panel for the provision of solicitors services (excluding Scotland).
