Trowers & Hamlins advises Southern Housing on £2.38 billion Capital Investment Agreements programme

Law firm Trowers & Hamlins has supported Southern Housing in the procurement of its new Capital Investment Agreement programme, which was brought to market under the Procurement Act 2023 and is one of the first Competitive Flexible Procedures to be successfully concluded under the new procurement regime.
The Trowers & Hamlins team was led by partners Rebecca Rees and Katie Saunders and included Jade Divers, Andrea Leigh, Cirklen Yu, Imogen Reseigh, Martin Mcfall, Camilla Wasicek and Sharron Webster.
