Walker Morris promotes head of housing litigation and management to partner

Anders’ team advises lending institutions, registered providers of social housing, private sector corporate landlords and nationally recognised letting agencies.

He was instrumental in developing Freehome™, Walker Morris’ repossession  service for residential landlords.  

Anders was promoted to partner alongside Gawain Moore in the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Group.

Walker Morris has also appointed six directors. They are:

• Claire Askew – Finance;
• Shakeel Dad – Employment;
• Paul Hargreaves – Construction & Engineering;
• Daniel Lyon – Construction & Engineering;
• Robert Starr – Regulatory & Compliance;
• Jo Stephenson – Corporate.
