Bevan Brittan appoints two new housing management partners

Law firm Bevan Brittan has strengthened its housing practice with the appointment of two partners who specialise in housing management.
Neil Brand and John Cox have joined the firm from Clarke Willmott where they were partner and senior associate respectively.
Brand, who will be based in Bevan Brittan’s London office, specialises in leasehold matters and commonly works with social housing landlords, arm’s length management organisations, registered providers, and others.
Cox, who will work in the Leeds office, specialisms include contentious housing matters, advising landlords on such issues as breach of covenants, nuisance, possession and subletting. He previously worked in local government for ten years and also worked at Walker Morris.
