Browne Jacobson promotes seven to partner, six to new legal director role

National law firm Browne Jacobson has promoted seven lawyers to partner and appointed a further six to a newly-created position of legal director.

Six of the new partners are based in Nottingham and one in Manchester. They are:

  • Sarah Hooton (Employment)
  • Leanne Wareham (Commercial Health)
  • Stephanie McGarry (Government, Regulatory & Advocacy) 
  • Gabor Taller (Property - Social Housing) 
  • Suki Tonks (Property - Retail) 
  • Leah Jones - (Social Care)
  • Dominic Buckley (Property; Manchester)

The promotions bring the total number of partners at Browne Jacobson to 125.

The new legal directors are:

  • Rachael Morris (Health Advisory and Litigation; Birmingham)
  • Emma Rees (Health Advisory and Litigation; Birmingham)
  • Jamie Otter (Education; Manchester)
  • Andrew Pattison (Health Advisory and Litigation; Nottingham)
  • Stephen Howe (Private clients & charities; Nottingham)
  • Claire Burns (Property; Nottingham)

The appointments took effect from 1 May 2017.
