Public sector property specialist among seven new partners at Ward Hadaway

A property specialist who advises public sector organisations including councils and NHS trusts is among seven lawyers to be promoted to partner at Ward Hadaway.

Saji Bratch’s expertise includes advice on the acquisition, disposal and management of sites and portfolios, complex regeneration and development work, landlord and tenant matters and public/private partnership developments.

The other six people to be promoted are:

  • Sophie Bohill, a property lawyer who works with some of the major development businesses across the North in both the residential and commercial property sectors.
  • Commercial lawyer Matt Cormack, who acts for a wide range of clients from early stage and start-up companies to large multi-nationals.
  • Family and matrimonial lawyer Sarah Crilly
  • Tom Pollard, a member of the firm’s corporate team.
  • Property lawyer Julia Thomson, who has experience across the whole spectrum of property work with particular expertise in residential development and social housing.
  • Graham Vials, a member of the firm’s employment team who a variety of private and public sector clients..
