Local authority lawyers shortlisted for Law Society Excellence Awards 2017

Two local authority lawyers and Invicta Law, the alternative business structure spun out of Kent Legal Services, have been shortlisted for the Law Society’s Excellence Awards 2017.
Pauline Campbell of the London Borough of Hackney and Sara Smith of Durham County Council have been shortlisted for Solicitor of the Year - In-house.
Durham has also been put forward in the Excellence in Technology category.
Invicta Law, which was launched at the beginning of June, is in the running for the Excellence in Business Development category along with a range of legal providers including Anthony Collins Solicitors.
The Royal College of Nursing has been shortlisted for Excellence – In-House.
