Ashfords hires former Head of Social Housing at TLT

Ashfords has bolstered its real estate team with the the appointment of Paul Butterworth, who was previously Head of Social Housing and Joint Head of the Housing Sector at TLT, as a partner.

Butterworth, who has particular expertise in regeneration, is a CIH South West Board member. He has previously headed up teams at a local authority and a housing association.
