Bevan Brittan hires IT outsourcing and dispute resolution partners
- Details
Law firm Bevan Brittan has made it eight partner hires for the year with the arrival of an IT outsourcing expert and a dispute resolution specialist.
Ash Woodcock joins the firm’s Birmingham office from Eversheds Sutherland, while Daniel Purcell will be based in London, having joined from Capsticks.
Woodcock’s experience lies in complex public sector procurement projects, including IT outsourcing, public-private partnerships (PPP), strategic partnerships and other significant outsourcing contracts.
Purcell meanwhile acts in complex disputes, investigations and litigation for public service commissioners, providers and regulators, specialising in commercial dispute resolution, fraud response and procurement and supply contract disputes, as well as governance and regulation, and reputation management.
Duncan Weir, Bevan Brittan’s Managing Partner, said: “Ash and Daniel’s arrival, along with the other six partners who have joined us this year, shows that Bevan Brittan is a firm where well-respected experts want to be and can develop their careers and continue to deliver outstanding advice to their clients.”
