Capsticks hires regeneration expert to lead on local government

Law firm Capsticks is looking to take its local government offering “to the next level” with the appointment of Tiffany Cloynes as Partner and Head of its practice in the sector.

The firm said Cloynes would advise local government organisations nationwide on major property development schemes of all types.

Cloynes has led on numerous large-scale regeneration and infrastructure projects, including a project in which she helped secure £46.9m from the Levelling Up Fund for Derbyshire County Council's South Derbyshire Growth Zone.

She joins the firm after spending more than eight years at Geldards, where she was a partner and Head of Regeneration and Public Services in England.
