Leading social housing junior joins Cornerstone Barristers

Victoria Osler, a specialist in property, housing and public law, has joined Cornerstone Barristers.

Cornerstone said Osler, who was called to the Bar in 2001, “is a formidable force in all aspects of real property and landlord and tenant law, covering both residential and commercial contexts.

“Her expertise spans a wide range of legal issues including lease interpretation, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, and disputes over rights to light, easements, boundaries, and more. Victoria is particularly noted for her meticulous preparation, doggedness in cross-examination, and analytical prowess in submissions.”

Osler has considerable experience in dealing with housing acts, fire safety regulations, possession claims, and a range of other matters, it added.
