Planning law specialist Bowes moves to Cornerstone Barristers

In addition to planning law, Bowes practises in property law, civil and commercial litigation, licensing, local government matters, public law and judicial review.

He also advises on an increasing number of energy related planning matters with a particular focus on fracking projects. He acted for Frack Free Fylde against Cuadrilla’s application for hydraulic fracturing in Lancashire.

A former planning consultant, Bowes is an elected member of a Surrey local planning authority.
