Bevan Brittan hires new Head of Central & Local Government

Dhanoya, who was previously at TLT, is Bevan Brittan’s sixth new partner of 2026.

She has advised across a broad range of sectors, with particular expertise in central and local government work.

Her experience includes private finance initiatives and public-private partnerships, as well as advising on complex frameworks, outsourcing projects and joint venture arrangements under the full spectrum of EU/ UK regulated procurement system procedures.
