NHS Property Services puts £22-42m in legal work up for grabs

NHS Property Services is to set up a legal services framework potentially worth between £22m and £42m over four years.
The framework agreement will have four lots:
- Corporate and commercial: estimated to be worth between £1m to £1.5m per annum;
- Human resources/employment: worth £0.5m to £1m p.a.;
- Property matters at a central level: worth £1m to £2m p.a.;
- Property matters at a local level: worth £3m to £6m.
Lots 1-3 will have single provide, while Lot 3 will be awarded to multiple providers.
NHS Property Services said the framework agreement would be for use by itself and Community Health Partnerships Limited (and any future successor bodies to these organisations) to different levels.
It envisaged 12 participants to the framework agreement.
The framework agreement will be for two years, with the possibility of a further two one-year extensions. This will be subject to annual review.
NHS Property Services manages and maintaines 4,000 NHS properties.
