Fran Pearson

Fran is the independent chair of safeguarding adults boards.

Fran trained as a social worker because she wanted to make a difference to people's lives. She saw the extent to which people’s dignity and independence were affected for good or ill by the way organisations worked together, and as a result, moved into local government and NHS commissioning - establishing new services and redesigning others.
