Join us for a full-day exploration of cutting-edge developments in human rights law at our upcoming conference, Human Rights Law in Practice, which will take place at Inner Temple in London on Thursday 26 November 2026.

One year on from the launch of The Law and Practice of Human Rights, written by Landmark barristers and edited by David Blundell KC, Miranda Butler and Alistair Mills, join leading human rights specialists to examine current challenges, recent developments and emerging themes in human rights litigation.

This year's conference will explore some of the most pressing issues shaping the human rights landscape today. Sessions will consider the intersection of human rights with immigration, commercial and regulatory issues, climate change and environmental decision-making, freedom of expression and protest rights, data and technology, national security, and the rapidly developing impact of artificial intelligence. The programme will also examine recent trends in domestic and international human rights jurisprudence and consider the future direction of rights protection in the UK and beyond.
