Members and staff of 4 Brick Court have officially combined with 42BR Barristers, strengthening the firm’s “existing expertise” across the full family law sector.

35 members, 2 pupils, a probationary tenant and 2 members of staff of 4 Brick Court have joined the 60-member-strong family group of 42BR Barristers.

The Chambers noted that clients will benefit from access to an “even wider range of specialist expertise” across complementary practice areas, such as employment, business and property, housing, personal injury and clinical negligence, enhancing the “comprehensive legal service” available through 42BR Barristers.

Meanwhile, the Chambers reassured clients that they can expect the same “high standard of service” that has defined 4 Brick Court, adding: “The practice management team will continue to provide the same responsive, personal support clients know and value, while being strengthened by the wider team of experienced practice managers within 42BR Barristers.”

All existing 4 Brick Court email addresses will continue to function and will be automatically redirected to the appropriate 42BR Barristers email addresses.

Similarly, the existing 4 Brick Court telephone number will reroute callers to 42BR.

Vincent Denham, Chambers Director of 42BR Barristers, said: "We are delighted to welcome the members and staff of 4 Brick Court to 42BR Barristers.

“Throughout the process, it has been clear that we share the same commitment to excellence in advocacy, outstanding client service and a collaborative, supportive culture. The exceptional reputation that 4 Brick Court has built over many years makes them a natural fit for 42BR, and we are excited about what we can achieve together.

“This is an important milestone in the continued growth of 42BR, and we look forward to supporting our clients with an even stronger offering as we move forward as one team and to build on our shared success.”

As part of the transition, the dedicated 4 Brick Court social media channels have now closed.

All future news, legal updates, webinars, events and insights will be shared through the 42BR Barristers channels.
