Council to procure legal adviser for regional adoption agency in Black Country

The City of Wolverhampton Council is conducting a procurement exercise on behalf of the Regional Adoption Agency being formed in the Black Country.
The local authority said “suitably experienced and qualified” providers were invited to submit a tender bid to provide the agency with legal services prior to commencing trading.
Providers must be available to commence the contract immediately on appointment in early November 2017, it said.
The contract period is to 2 July 2018 with potential to extend for a further four months. The contract is worth an estimated £120,000.
